Darkness covers you and me
afraid cause I can't see
Fear consumes my every thought
brings back pain that I so hard fought
I try to speak but I can't say
so all I can do for now is pray
He comes before my sight
bringing a hope of light
I can finally tell everyone here
that god took away my fear
I've felt like that many times before.

And that is a disadvantage I have (and hate)
Oh, how I long for the relief to know that the fear I once had is no more...
I'd like to know that feeling...
